The wine is pink in colour with a delicate hint of peach. The taste is fresh and unobtrusive.
Hand picked in crates, transported the crates in refrigerators at +8°C
to preserve delicate aroma, freshness and prevent early oxidation of the juice. Control of fermentation
temperatures and kinetics. Minimal processing to preserve the quality, nutritional properties
and wine character. Bottling under nitrogen to avoid oxidation.
Assemblage Cabernet Sauvignon + Merlot
Concentration with tincture on the grape skin for 4 hours. Fermentation at 18°C for 13 days. No malolactic fermentation to give the wine a refreshing character.
The wine has aromas of black currant, wild berries, leather and cigarette tobacco. The taste is berry, with a pleasant and long aftertaste.
