Anton's acquaintance with the process of winemaking happened in early childhood. Wine production is part of a long family tradition.
Anton began his professional education in 2006, at the University of Food Technologies on the Balkan Peninsula in Plovdiv.
After defending his bachelor's degree in 2009, he is running his first wine campaign. But his education does not end there, he enters on 2 specialties in the magistracy: “Wine Technologies” at the Plovdiv University of Food Technologies and “Financial Management” at the Economic Academy “D.А. Tsenev”.
By 2019, the winemaker's portfolio had already included more than 10 wine companies and many wines that won gold and silver medals at competitions around the world. Among other things, a double gold medal was received for the Cabernet Franc 2016 wine at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
Over the past 10 years, Anton has been trained in seven specialties related to winemaking in the United States, Germany and Italy.
Arrived in Ukraine in autumn 2019 with the sole purpose of producing high-quality Ukrainian wine.
Belief in the uniqueness of the Ukrainian terroir is the main driving force behind his dream - to rediscover the world of Ukrainian wine, and win a worthy place on the map of high-quality wines of the world.
